This website (medspamaker.com) is operated by Wiserframe LLC, doing business as MedspaMaker (“MedspaMaker,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
What we do
MedspaMaker is a design studio that builds conversion-first websites for medical spas. This site describes our work, shows example collections, and lets you request a free preview or ask questions. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Wiserframe LLC; these Terms cover the website itself.
Previews and examples are illustrative
The demo collections and sample sites shown here use fictional clinics, names, and content for illustration only. A free preview we prepare for you is a starting concept to help you evaluate our work — it is not a final product and does not create an obligation for either of us until a written agreement is signed.
We care deeply about results, but we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, ranking, booking volume, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Using this site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:
- Submit false information or someone else’s information without permission.
- Submit medical or protected health information through our forms (they are for business enquiries only).
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Copy, scrape, or reuse our content except as allowed below.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — including text, design, layouts, collections, and the MedspaMaker name and marks — is owned by Wiserframe LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. Ownership of work we create for a paying client is addressed in that client’s separate agreement.
