This website (medspamaker.com) is operated by Wiserframe LLC, doing business as MedspaMaker (“MedspaMaker,” “we,” “us”). We design conversion-first websites for medical spas. You can reach us any time at hello@medspamaker.com.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, plus a small amount of privacy-friendly usage data.
- Information you submit through our forms. When you request a free preview, apply for a makeover, or ask a question, we collect the details you enter — typically your spa or business name, city, current website, email address, and the collection or information you’re interested in. The makeover form may also include your Instagram handle and a short description of your goals.
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and note which page you subscribed from.
- Basic usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views and clicks in aggregate. These do not use tracking cookies and are not used to identify you personally.
- Email you send us. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and follow up.
How we use your information
- To prepare and share the free website preview or makeover you requested.
- To reply to your questions and communicate about a possible project.
- To send occasional insights or updates — only if you subscribed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How your information is stored and shared
We keep form submissions in a secured database and handle email through standard business email tools. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you — for example, our website host, our database provider, and our email provider — and only to the extent they need it to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and subscriber information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver a project, and keep reasonable business records — and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, or deletion. Email hello@medspamaker.com and we’ll help you review, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
- Unsubscribe. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can email us to opt out at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We honor those rights — just reach out.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit who can access it.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
